Highway Constructions Company was established during the year 1980–1981 to undertake construction projects in the fields of Roads & Bridges.

The firm is registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A (No Limits) having License No. 0203. The firm is owned and managed by eminent professionals having vast experience in planning and executing civil engineering works in the field of Highway, Sewerage and Bridges, thus contributing best services towards Communication / Improvement of Communications network in the Province of Punjab. The firm has established asphalt plants in different major cities of Punjab (Pakistan) and is well equipped with all sorts of road-making machinery along with a large fleet of Dumpers and allied vehicles to cater for the requirements of development activities in the relevant areas.

It has extensive skills in job planning and control over sophisticated types of construction throughout the Punjab Province. The company, with its management and technical expertise of engineers enjoying adequate support from bankers, has become capable of undertaking mega projects of Roads and Bridges construction, accomplishing the same within the prescribed time schedule.
